    The 6 steps to your digitalization

    Step 1
    Free pre-analysis

    We inform you about the procedures and guide you to get started.

    Step 2
    Quote preparation

    Together, we define your digital needs: website creation, e-commerce, digital presence & social networks, digital strategy, SEO/SEA optimization.

    Step 3
    Submission and validation of your aid request

    Your application is completed by an advisor from the House of Entrepreneurship after an interview. You must attach the necessary documents and the prepared quote to your application. The General Directorate of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Ministry of Economy analyzes and validates your application. A confirmation email will be sent once the application is accepted.

    Step 4
    Implementation of your package

    After validation by the ministry, you will receive a confirmation of approval and validation date which will allow us to validate the quote together and start the project. LB Digital can then develop and launch your digital solution online, with personalized support.

    Step 5
    Finalization and Evaluation of your package

    Once the project is completed, you benefit from an evaluation that will allow us to know your satisfaction level and which will be considered as closing of the file.

    Step 6
    Receiving the aid

    At the end of the project, you submit the supporting documents to obtain up to 70% subsidy.

    Allows you to finance up to 70% of your digital project, between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.

    The SME Packages program

    The SME Packages program is a state program funded by the Ministry of Economy covering 70% of eligible costs.

    The SME Package - Digital allows you to effectively integrate digital tools into your company. The goal is to strengthen your online presence, optimize your business management and comply with new invoicing requirements.

    LB Digital supports you to:

    • ✓ create or improve your website or e-commerce site
    • ✓ set up targeted paid campaigns on social networks
    • ✓ digitalize your internal processes (e.g. ERP)
    • ✓ integrate an electronic invoicing system compliant with legal requirements
